For Koli Modi, we developed a range of Nigerian suya spice blends in distinct flavour variants. The featured products—Yajin Gauta, Yajin Daddawa and Yajin Garlic & Ginger—show the variety within the range, with each offering a different expression of the familiar seasoning.
